We bought a modular home in the past year. The pipes under the house to the septic tank have a "U-shape" in the line not far from Bath. We were from someone who says he was a plumber, that this "U-shape" it is the septic smell, by the toilets keep / sinks into the house told. The U-shape is a trap door into the sewer to prevent penetration of gases, but not some local regs will not allow that, since all other devices are already included and if the house tends to clog easily.
